Computer Literacy
Are you new to using a computer?  Or, perhaps it has been a while since you’ve used a computer and you need a refresher?  This course begins with the basics of computer terminology, software versions and computer storage—including cloud storage. You’ll start by powering up your PC and becoming familiar with your desktop and icons before moving on to opening programs and creating files.  Participants will learn how to save and share files along with helpful tools such as copy and paste to edit and manipulate text. Participants will also be shown basic troubleshooting skills such as what to do if the computer locks-up during use.

WORKPLACE SEXUAL HARASSMENT 
A recent poll by the Huffington Post found that one in five women said they'd been harassed by a boss, and one in four said they had been harassed by another coworker.  Due to the prevalence of such circumstances, it is vital that a clear understanding of what “is” and what “isn’t” harassment be established—not only out of respect for others but also to protect one’s organization and one’s self from litigation. In this training session, you will differentiate among appropriate and inappropriate communication behaviors.  4 hour course
